At HULALA HOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
